Different ways to take NMN

 

Sublingual administration and nasal spray can allow part of NMN to enter blood vessels directly, but the absorption rate is also limited each time and can be taken in small amounts and multiple times.

The less you take each time, the easier it is to absorb. The best interval is more than 1 hour, because the substance after being taken under the tongue will stay in the capillaries under the tongue for a period of time. No matter how much it is taken under the tongue, it cannot continue to be absorbed, because absorption also has a process. Therefore, keep NMN under the tongue for more than five minutes each time you take it bucally.

There are also other ways, not necessarily only sublingual administration and nasal spray, because sublingual administration and nasal spray also have their limitations. Please refer to the following for various ways of taking:

① Sublingual administration: Place 50~100mg of NMN original powder in the depression under the base of the tongue. Be careful not to swallow saliva or talk. Wait for ten minutes before swallowing saliva. Wait for an hour before taking the next sublingual administration.

② Nasal spray: Buy a 10ml empty spray bottle, dissolve the original nmn powder in 2~5ml of purified water, spray it into the nasal cavity, spray it several times at a time, and spray it in multiple times. Remember to mix it with water and spray it all on the same day.

③ Oral administration of granules: Pour the original NMN powder into 300~500ml of drinking water and dissolve it. Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. Remember that the water temperature should not exceed 50℃, as it will accelerate degradation.

④Rectal administration: Buy a syringe with the smallest capacity, or a container like Kaisellu. Dissolve the original NMN powder in 2 ml of purified water, and then use the container to inject the solution into the anal opening 2 cm deep.

⑤Aerosol inhalation: You can use hand-held, mask-type, or bite-type atomizers. Each time, 300 mg NMN original powder is mixed with 3 ml of purified water. Inhale after starting, pause the machine when it is almost full, hold your breath for 5 seconds, exhale, and repeat...it takes about 15 to 30 minutes.

⑥Capsules and tablets: Fill capsules, or purchase finished capsules and tablets, and take them with drinking water according to the dosage.

Convenience: capsules and tablets > granules > sublingual > nasal spray > rectal > atomization
