Studies have shown that reduced glutathione is easily oxidized, but if reduced glutathione is placed in an aqueous solution containing vitamin C (pH value 3.3), because vitamin C has strong reducing properties, the reduced glutathione in the solution will Thione will not be oxidized, but its decomposition rate will be accelerated; and the oxidized glutathione itself will not be transformed and has good stability.
