Second, PQQ disodium salt can activate PGC-1α to inhibit muscle protein degradation and maintain muscle mass. In addition, PQQ disodium salt also has antioxidant effects, which can clear free radicals, reduce the damage of oxidative stress to muscle cells, and further promote muscle health.
