1. Reduce oxidative damage

1. Transalanine:

2. Transmethylation
SAMe reduces the cholesterol/phospholipid ratio of liver cell membranes and red blood cell membranes through transmethylation, enhances the fluidity of cell membranes, and thereby improves the secretion and fluidity of bile.
Promote the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine: Maintain the integrity and function of cell membranes.
3. Transthiogenic:
SAMe promotes the synthesis of glutathione (GSH) through transthiol action, thereby enhancing the antioxidant and detoxification capabilities of liver cells.
