The results showed that mice with cerebral hemorrhage not supplemented with NMN could only crawl slowly on the beam, but could not completely climb over the beam, while mice supplemented with NMN could complete the crawling task of 1.2m. This study found that a single supplementation of NMN can reduce the death rate of nerve cells caused by cerebral hemorrhage and promote the recovery of neurological function in mice with cerebral hemorrhage, while long-term supplementation of NMN can increase the speed of weight recovery in mice with cerebral hemorrhage.
