Research has found that the actin content in the outer membrane of oocytes in obese mice is only about half of that in normal diet mice.

Obese mice treated with NMN have more actin in the outer membrane of their oocytes than healthy women.

The offspring of obese mice have a lighter weight than healthy mice, while the offspring of obese mice treated with NMN have recovered to normal weight.
